Shipping policy

We do not currently offer postage or courier delivery. All works are collected in person from our studio.

Collecting your work

Once your purchase is confirmed, we will email you to arrange a pick-up time. Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday, by appointment, from our studio at 72 Sydenham Road, Norwood SA 5067.

Please allow us a little time to prepare your artwork for collection — we'll be in touch as soon as it's ready.

Return, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

Due to the nature of our business and the products and artwork we sell, no refunds or exchanges unless the artwork is significantly not as described.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original artworks.

If something is not right, contact us within 48 hours of collection and we will sort it out.

This policy does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
