Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options — you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Standard delivery flat rate $8.50

Free shipping for purchases over $150

Pick-up or delivery arrangement for all artworks

Order Process Time

All orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day; all orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the next day. All orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our studio on Monday or the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O boxes.

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer an international delivery service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Return, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

Due to the nature of our business and the products and artwork we sell, no refunds or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or is significantly not as described.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original artworks.

Refunds or replacements will be offered only if: the artwork arrives damaged, or the artwork is significantly not as described.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.

This policy does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
