Studio program

Co-Art is a supported studio in Norwood. We work with you one to one or in a small group, and you make the work you want to make.

Individual mentorship

We support creative individuals with NDIS funding to develop artistic skills and careers with a mentor artist. You choose how often you come in, and what you want to work towards.

How the supported studio works

Group sessions

Group art sessions run Monday to Friday for a small group of people working alongside each other. Community workshops are open to everyone, with or without NDIS funding.

How it works

1

Email us or register your interest. We will get back to you and set a time to meet at the studio.

2

Bring your support person or family. We talk about what you are interested in — painting, crafts, animation, fan art, digital drawing, or something else.

3

Your mentor artist works in the things you are interested in. Together you plan how often you come in.

4

Your mentor artist helps you plan what you want to make and what skills you want to build.

5

We give you opportunities to show your work through exhibitions, events and this website. Work you make can be sold, and a share of every sale goes to you.
