What Co-Art is
Co-Art is an art studio in Norwood, Adelaide.
You can come here to make art.Painting. Drawing. Clay. Printing. Jewellery. Digital art.
You do not need to have made art before.You do not need to be good at it. Everyone starts somewhere.
What you do here
An artist works next to you.We call them a mentor artist. They help you with tools and ideas.
You choose what you want to make.
You choose how often you come.Once a week. Twice a month. You can change it later.
We give you the paint, paper and tools.
Showing and selling your art
You can show your art to other people.
You get paid when your art sells.Part of the money goes to you. Part pays for the studio, the paint and the paper. You choose which art you sell, and you can keep it all if you want.
Money and coming here
You can use NDIS money to come here.You can also come without NDIS money and pay yourself. If you are not sure, ask us.
You can bring someone with you.A support worker. A family member. A friend.
You can come and look first.You do not have to decide anything on the first visit.
